Based on grams of filament used. PLA is our base rate; PETG and TPU carry an additional charge.
SETUP & QC

One-time per job for slicing prep, support removal, and quality check.
REPRINT POLICY
OUR FAULT — FULL REFUND
If a print fails due to printer error, bad filament (ours), or a setup mistake on our end, you get a full refund or a free reprint — your choice.
CUSTOMER FAULT — PARTIAL REFUND
If the print comes out exactly as quoted but the issue was the file, model design, or wrong specs provided, we offer a partial refund (material & time costs retained) and guidance on how to fix it for a reprint.
